A briefing pack about the programme will be sent to participating GP practices when TLHC reaches their local area. A set of questions and answers is also available for public (and professionals),  should your patients ask for more information.

A leaflet explaining the process has been produced, this will be sent to eligible patients along with a letter inviting them for a lung health check. You can find links to both leaflets on the Useful Information section of this website.
